We sing in four parts which can be a bit daunting at first, but you'll get the hang of it in no time and our members relish the challenge of new music!

Beyond our weekly rehearsals, choir members love getting together socially. Real friendships have grown through shared interests like cricket, sewing and of course enjoying a glass of wine together!

We've made it easy to practice at home by providing rehearsal tracks for every song, just for you. The fun lasts all week!

Jubilaté Choir has earned a growing reputation for excellent organisation and communication. We provide detailed rehearsal schedules so you can plan ahead.

We specialise in joyful, well-crafted arrangements of rock and pop songs - always with an uplifting or energising vibe! You'll come away feeling refreshed and fulfilled!

With concerts throughout the year, you'll perform a huge variety of great music. We're the choir that keeps on giving, raising money for great causes and having loads of fun along the way!

Take a listen to the combined Jubilaté Choirs at our Christmas Celebration concert in December 2025. Here we're singing Chris De Burgh's atmospheric and poignant 'A Spaceman Came Travelling'. We especially enjoyed the uplifting, gospel inspired chorus! This arrangement is by Douglas V Watts and we're joined by our wonderful accompanist, Richard Ansell on piano.
Here's our rendition of the epic Christmas hit 'Keeping The Dream Alive' by Münchener Freiheit. Keep listening for the surprise 'false ending' that caught our audience out! Here we're joined by the fabulous Jubilaté Brass Quintet and this arrangement is by one of our favourites, Timothy Allen.

We gave our first ever concert on 6th April 2025 in St Mary's in Bishopsbourne and we raised £681 for the church roof fund. Concert highlights included 'Goodbye Yellow Brick Road', 'I Will Follow Him' and 'Can't Stop The Feeling'. Afterwards we all went to the Mermaid Inn for a well deserved pint!
We were honoured to be invited to perform at the 85th anniversary of Operation Dynamo, in 'The Little Ships in Concert' on 18th May 2025. We sang 'Go to the Limits of your Longing' by Donna McKevitt, with words by Rainer Maria Rilke. Our Conductor was Spencer Payne, who stood on a wobbly boat to conduct us!
Jubilaté Choir gave a stunning performance at Preston SummerFest in August 2025 and we are thrilled to have been invited to open the whole Festival again in 2026. Lots of us stayed on and enjoyed the incredible atmosphere over the following two days - we danced and sang into the night and we can't wait for 2026!

This was without doubt our biggest concert to date, taking place on 13th December 2025. We raised £2,575.00 which was shared between Macmillan Cancer Support and St Mary's Church, Wingham. We were joined by the Jubilaté Brass Quintet and we sang festive favourites including Feliz Navidad and Step Into Christmas.
