Martin & Ruth Play Ball!
On June 19, 2026 Jubilate Choir’s Martin and Ruth took part in the filming of a pilot episode for a new comedy game show called Let’s Play Ball
The show featured celebrities and comedians racing through Canterbury city centre while attempting to maneuver a giant 45kg inflatable ball.
Martin and Ruth played their cornets in the Dane John Gardens while Rob Beckett, Josh Widdicombe, Josie Gibson, Kiell Smith-Bynoe, Joe Marler and Harriet Kemsley tackled the giant balls.
